Their life and work plans are uniquely theirs, they created it, and they are more committed to taking the responsibility to making it come true.

PEAK READINESS and PEAK DISCOVERY offer a short and direct, or a detailed and in-depth, life planning and reality simulation that puts work, jobs, careers, and income into a realistic context, connected to education, lifestyle, and economics. This motivational curriculum provides a reality wake-up call on the dynamics of the real world.

FUTURESELVES is a new, breakthrough, and insightful evaluation methodology and process to discover student interests, values, fears, skills, beliefs, and their image of their "possible selves." It captures the uniqueness of each individual and their unique experiences, leading to more meaningful and effective dialog, teaching, interventions, and life planning.

PEAK PURPOSE is a career development and life mission discovery course. Students will learn, in their lives, what will be their unique contribution to this world, based on their interests, skills, past experiences, and what they're passionate about. Then they'll create their own mission statements to clearly articulate their paths to success and a map to get there, and finally, map those into specific, personalized personal and career development road maps.

PEAK WORKPLACE guides teens and adults to prepare for a job search, land a job, and succeed on the job, and PEAK WORKFORCE is an advanced workplace readiness course that includes teamwork, effective communication, problem solving, self confidence, and organizational skills.

PEAK PORTFOLIO is an online, interactive, personalized e-portfolio where students manage goals, present key outcomes from Peak Mastery programs, collect awards, achievements, honors, and resumes, explore careers and subject areas, share their story with others, market themselves to hiring managers and companies, and MUCH more.
